About Us

Established in 2012, our teams are ready to quickly respond when activated, We are prepared to arrive at any disaster scene within the Continental United States (CONUS) within 24-48 hours following activation, supporting government agencies, prime contractors and others rendering aid to communities in need. 

 

Our personnel is trained to meet and exceed established government health and safety codes while ensuring professionalism while preparing, delivering and serving hot and cold meals, as well as ensuring custody and security for food service operations. We make sure that all food safety provisions (sanitation, safe handling, dispensing, storage) are adhered to for general populations, can customize for special diets, accommodate therapeutic medical diets as prescribed by appropriate clinicians, and/or prepare ceremonial meals for residents whose religious beliefs require the adherence to certain dietary laws.

The CR Team employs a systematic approach to eliminating errors and assuring quality that strives for virtual perfection in a continuous process improvement network. With years of work in emergency services and the private sector facilitating deployed on-site food and event services, we have developed an expertise at continuously identifying and removing defective products that do not meet designated standards while minimizing variability in employee processes when implementing industry best practices. These efforts have permitted us to achieve stable and predictable results that have garnered a reputation for impeccable food service quality while feeding millions of meals per year at thousands of diverse events and locations.

 

The CR Team handles all the related details for properly storing, receiving, and inventorying food. We inspect incoming shipments for damage, contamination, and infestation. We ensure perpetual inventory levels and proper receipt, and storage and custody of goods that are critical to maintaining quality and controlling costs. We have implemented a variety of techniques and tools for continuous process improvement including disciplined and data-driven approaches and methodology dedicated toward maintaining outstanding food and service quality.

 

The CR Team values safety as a top priority, and our culinary and warehouse professionals hold certifications and credentials that build on their diverse skillsets and specializations such as SafeServe, TWIC, OSHA, etc. Our comprehensive training program also employs a systematic approach to addressing aspects of workplace safety that affects the health and well-being of our employees and all those we serve. 

 

Our teams ensure the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) for the day-to-day operation of facilities, the delivery of food and social services, and all the management and quality control actions required to meet the terms of the contract. Our Quality Control Plan (QCP) employs a comprehensive program of inspections and monitoring actions to ensure the highest operational and service quality as well as food quality, safety, custody and security.

Responsible for food preparation and “hands on” direct supervision/training subcontractor personnel. Participates in Hot and Cold Food Production, Recipe Compliance and assures adherence to Food Production/Service/Sanitation Standards. Reports to the Food Service Manager. Prepare menu items according to recipes and provide direct “hands on” operational oversight, training and supervision for assigned shift in the Dining Facility, immediately correcting deficiencies as noted.
